Unfortunately, since ANL Kreations only offers custom and personalized items we are unable to except returns/exchanges due to the nature of your items. When purchasing a custom or personalized item from ANL Kreations please provide us with a valid email so If we have any questions pertaining to your requested personalization, we are able to contact you. Please NOTE that all items are hand-made/made to order therefore no two items will be exactly the same.
